Return & Exchange

We offer free exchange and returns on products bought directly from us.

1) We offer returns for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product. To be eligible for a return the product should not be washed, worn or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label. Please go to " Returns & Exchange” and follow the instructions.

2) We offer free size exchange for all products for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product. Size exchange shall be done at no additional cost. To be eligible for exchange the product should not be washed, worn, or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label.

3) Your exchange request must be received within 5 days of product delivery. Upon receiving your exchange request we will arrange for a pickup, which typically will happen within 3 to 5 days of your request. After we receive the item, we shall conduct a quality check and despatch your exchange item within 7 days of our receiving the original piece.  We offer free exchange only once. An exchanged item cannot be returned or exchanged. In exceptional circumstance we may accept a second exchange for an additional charge.

4) Return request must be received within 5 days of product delivery. Upon receiving your return request we will arrange for a pickup, which typically will happen within 3 to 5 days of your request. After we receive the item, which typically takes 5-7 days, we shall conduct a quality check and your store credit will reflect in your Shaye account within 2-4 working days of the completion of the quality check.

5) If a prepaid order item is returned, we will process the store credit of the full amount to your Shaye store credit account. Please note that in the case of COD orders, we will process the store credit after deducting the shipping fee and convenience fee.

6) For return of  all Prepaid and COD orders we will refund the amount only as “Store Credit”. Store  credit can be used for future purchases from us and will reflect in your Shaye account.

7) A Final Sale” product cannot be returned or exchanged.
