Q1. What shirts can I personalise?
Ans. Our bespoke service is available on few selected shirts. Please click, personalised shirts
to check the styles.
Q2. What options are available for personalisation?
Ans. You can choose your own word or our suggested words. We have 2 more options available, one is a letters above the heart shape and a love loop where you can have 2 letters i.e. 1 letter in each loop.
Q3. How long does it take to be dispatched?
Ans. Orders will require up to 3 days to be embroidered. This is 5-8 days from placing your order to it being dispatched to you to allow for the embroidery to be completed.
Q4. Can I return or exchange my embroidery order?
Ans. No, the personalised order is Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable.
